Eligibility for Exchange
We only accept exchanges in the following cases:
Size issues
Product defects
Mandatory Proof (Important)
To request an exchange, you must provide a proper unboxing video:
The video must be recorded from the start of opening the package
It should clearly show the product and the issue (size or defect)
Requests without a valid video will not be accepted
Exchange Window
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Requests made after 7 days will not be considered
Conditions
The product must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
